Ahmad Alwhaibi began his professional journey at Maham in 2022, where he demonstrated early excellence in regulatory-driven environments and rapidly advanced through high-impact audit roles With 17 years of distinguished service at one of the Big Four firms in Saudi Arabia —where he advanced to the rank of Director, Ahmad brings unmatched expertise in auditing financial institutions and large-scale real estate developers across Saudi Arabia’s evolving market.
His track record includes leading major audit engagements for top-tier institutions such as Al Rajhi Bank, Bank Albilad, and a wide range of publicly listed entities. He brings deep knowledge of capital market institution audits, investment banking firms, and a diverse portfolio of investment funds. Ahmed also has significant experience auditing large real estate developers and property investment groups.
At Maham, Ahmed leads the Audit Services function in Riyadh office with a focus on delivering high-stakes assurance work, elevating internal IFRS capabilities, and the continuous improvement of audit strategies and risk management protocols.
